Kent Companies Ranks #5 Largest Concrete Contractor Nationwide

Kent Companies is ranked as the fifth largest concrete contractor nationwide by revenue, according to Engineering News Record’s 2024 survey of the Top 600 Specialty Contractors. Kent Companies achieved top-five ranking in the concrete category and ranked as the 46th largest specialty contractor by revenue overall. The rankings represent advances on the concrete and overall specialty contractor lists.

Kent Companies Chief Talent Officer Ryan Kuczynski shared his perspective with ENR on recruitment, professional development and retention. As contractors nationwide work to address challenges in labor shortages and generational gaps in the construction profession, Kuczynski highlighted Kent Companies’ people-first values as a meaningful differentiator.

“Top students don’t want to be lost in a sea of faces,” he says. “They want real challenges and meaningful opportunities to contribute. The right student matched with the right team has proven to be a tremendous advantage over the past year.”  Kent Companies’ talent program offers individualized career paths and development programs that enable our team to build lifelong, rewarding careers at Kent.  We offer a unique opportunity to build around the skills that interest you as an individual.
